What languages do you work with?

We work primarily in Spanish, English and French. For other language combinations, write to us and we'll confirm availability.

Are your translations legally or officially valid in Panama?

Yes. We have authorized public translators, members of APTI and IAPTI, whose translations are accepted by immigration, notarial, judicial and government authorities inside and outside Panama.

How long does a certified translation take?

It depends on the length and complexity of the document. Most certificates and short documents are delivered within 24 to 72 hours; we also offer a rush service for tighter deadlines.

How do I send my documents for a quote?

You can send them by email, WhatsApp or through our contact form. We can also arrange delivery of physical documents when needed.

What does a translation cost?

Pricing varies depending on the language, length and urgency of the project. Write to us with no obligation and we'll send you a personalized quote in less than 24 hours.

Do you offer interpretation for events and meetings?

Yes, we offer consecutive, simultaneous, sworn and escort interpretation for business meetings, seminars, conferences and guided tours.

Is the information in my documents kept confidential?

Yes. All of our projects, including legal and financial documents, are handled under strict confidentiality.

Do you work with clients outside Panama?

Yes, we serve international clients entirely online, through email, WhatsApp and video calls.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and other payment methods available in Panama; ask us about current options when you request your quote.

Do you offer a bilingual virtual assistant?

Yes. Our virtual assistant service helps you with planning, research and administrative management in Spanish and English, so you can focus on your business.
